3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

5. No Refund & No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased from HD Enterprises. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • We strongly encourage customers to check product details, descriptions, dimensions, and images thoroughly before placing an order.
  • No refund will be issued for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the product after delivery.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
  • Any replacement provided for damaged/defective items is subject to product availability and inspection.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellation is not allowed.
  • In exceptional circumstances, if you wish to cancel before the order is dispatched, please contact us immediately. Cancellation approval is at our sole discretion.
  • HD Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
